Shipping Policy

Made to order

Every piece is produced individually after you place your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times

An estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods, during customs clearance, or for other reasons beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Destinations

We ship to all countries available at checkout.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged anything beyond the shipping cost shown at checkout.

Import VAT, duties and fees

Our products are produced and shipped by production partners outside Switzerland.

Switzerland: Depending on the order value, Swiss customs may charge import VAT, and the carrier may charge a customs clearance fee. These charges are collected by the carrier on delivery, are payable by you, and are not included in our prices.

European Union: Deliveries within the EU generally arrive without additional charges on delivery.

Other countries: Import taxes, duties and fees may apply under the rules of the destination country. These are payable by you.

Parcels that are refused or not collected are not eligible for a refund. This does not affect the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/EEA and UK, as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. Once your order is in production, the address can no longer be changed. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it at your cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us. Lost or damaged parcels are handled as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
